A good part of a company’s success is based on its human capital. Thus, retaining talent becomes an essential practice for conducting business these days.

  • Encourage the exchange of ideas and create opportunities to listen to people. Avoid any non-constructive criticism.

The truth is, there is no recipe ready to motivate and retain talent. But surely, an organised work environment with a projection of professional development and proper management are decisive factors to maintain your talented staff happy and motivated.
